The hotel is really unusual as it is the former Pabst Brewery building. It is stunning inside and has been converted into a hotel to a very high standard. The room was spacious and very comfortable.. Included is a buffet breakfast which we really enjoyed. It has a good hotel bar too.. it is in a great location and is just a short distance from the city centre. There is a secure car park nearby which is very reasonable at $13 per night compared to the price of other city parking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

The location was great. Walking distance from Fiserv, Admirals arena, River Walk and lots of stores and dining. The mix of modern amenities and the history of this building made the stay special for us. You can look around and imagine the workers when it was the brewery. The suite was spacious. We were not expecting the kitchenette, but that was nice to have. The sofa was comfortable for relaxing. I liked it enough to check the manufacturer and would like to replace mine at home. Good to see it was a Wisconsin maker. Bed was comfortable as well and the walk-in shower was so much better than the usual hotel shower. We had a drink one night in the bar and that was a fun venue. Check it out.

We loved the historic charm of the old brewery and the elements from it that were used throughout the property. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The restaurant has a great atmosphere and the food is very good. It’s a unique touch that they offer a glass of Pabst while checking in.

The desk person, Eddie, was warm and welcoming. A couple in our party ran into issues with their reservation (made through a 3rd party), and Eddie worked the problem through to resolution. The Brewhouse is a very unique place. Now a hotel, it was formerly the place Pabst beer was brewed. From a stained glass window from the brewing days, to huge copper kettles, winding staircases, and period furniture, it was a fun place. We had a good tasting dinner in the adjoining bar/restaurant. The morning of our departure AnnMarie the Social Sales manager, spent some time with us talking about the story of how/when the transformation took pace from brewery to hotel. She also provide some FUN FACTS and other interesting material about the hotel and its surrounding area.

I had a queen studio suite, which was one large room with full shower bathroom on the ground floor. The room had a kitchenette but I only used the refrigerator and sink. The bed was comfortable and there was a desk, a high-top seating area, an armchair and a bench. I had a continental breakfast included and that was ok. The hotel building itself is quite interesting and well-renovated, with a view of huge vats formerly used for brewing beer on the second floor. The restaurant had typical bar-type food (at lunch, at least).

The Pabst buildings are so cleverly restored and used for a variety of purposes. This hotel was across the street from the Pabst Best Place, where we had an event earlier that day. There is also a really cute coffee shop right there which was delicious. We had our own food, so didn't try the restaurants, but there seem to be several options. The room had a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster,, microwave, and stove top. There was lots of storage. The shower was large and the water pressure was great. The bed was very comfortable. There was an interesting magazine which featured some local small businesses. I would have been comfortable staying there a week or longer. It was very quiet and comfortable.

This place has so many sites to see around the area and in the buildings. The history behind it and inside that has you comfortably interested to admire.. old humbling textured style. provided us with a soulful experience and draws me back. The buildings designs are so beautiful. And holds its longevity. Must see and experience hands down. The staff are amazing and humble. CLASSY😉☺️

There is a lot to mention when it comes to talking about what I liked. Nonetheless, I would just keep it brief and call out the most important features. #1. Location #2. Freindly Staff Members #3. The building and the historical ambiance, including but not limited to the beutifully preserved beer stills. The beer stills from the old factory days were one of the main reasons for me to actually choose to stay here. Something unique that I loved taking pictures of. #4. Room size and amenities, including kitchenette and access to gym. Clean comfy bed and linens. Enough supplies for kitchenette inside the room.I didn't look for a pool, and I don't remember if there was any.

The hotel was the quietest I have ever been to (as in, we never heard people or city noise) even though we often saw other people, were in the courtyard with them and the restaurant was busy/noisy. But the noise never made its way out of the social areas. The rooms and all of the common areas were really fun to explore and amazing not being cookie cutter furniture/finishes. We all agreed we would enjoy coming back in the future.

Breakfast as delicious. Menu was more than the usual eggs and bacon choices. Each day we tried something different and each dish was delish! Atmosphere was nice. Loved the old building. Glad they saved it.
